My name is Cassidy Collins, and baking has been a part of my story for as long as I can remember.
 

  Growing up, the kitchen was the heart of my home. I spent countless hours beside my mom, watching her turn simple ingredients into something warm, beautiful, and comforting. Those moments weren’t just about baking. They were about connection, creativity, and care. Without realizing it at the time, that’s where my passion first began.
 

  In high school, that passion truly came to life. I enrolled in culinary classes, eager to learn everything I could about baking and pastry. It was there that I discovered not just a hobby, but a calling. I loved the precision, the artistry, and the joy that comes from creating something that brings people together. Determined to turn that passion into a career, I continued my education at Moraine Valley Community College, where I pursued my degree in Baking and Pastry. During that time, I sharpened my skills, expanded my creativity, and gained the confidence to take the next step. With the encouragement and inspiration of my uncle, a professional chef, I realized I was ready to build something of my own.
 

  Today, I’m proud to bring that lifelong passion to life through CC Jitters. Every dessert I create is rooted in the memories that started it all. Family, dedication, and a genuine love for the craft. My goal is simple: to create baked goods that not only taste incredible, but also make every moment a little more special.
